Our school is a major user of Smart Boards and the available technology that accompanies them. While we are always in development of new lesson plans for these versatile tools, one of our major jumps this year has been the addition of the Smart Response System. On May 7th, Dale Hopkins hosted a break-out session which detailed the use of this system, which puts a set of remote "clickers" in the hands of students for multiple choice tests developed by teachers. A major benefit of this system is the immediate feedback that is available. For the staff that participated or had already become involved with using this technology since its arrival in our district, this new source of instant data has been a valuable instructional tool!
